JazzBoston advocates for the diverse Boston area jazz community of musicians, audiences, media, and venues.  We celebrate the African-American heritage, the spontaneous creativity, and the collaborative nature of jazz, one of America’s great contributions to the world’s culture.

JazzBoston delivers the music and the message of jazz throughout Greater Boston and beyond:
  • to audiences of all ages and incomes

Our programs address cultural, social, and economic goals:
  • increase awareness of jazz music as an essential part of our cultural heritage and daily life
