NEA Jazz Master, George Coleman returns to Regattabar September 18 and 19. At 91, the legendary soloist has worked with Miles Davis and Herbie Hancock in the 1960's and continues to bridge between jazz generations. He has garnered numerous honors, including an induction into the inaugural class of the Memphis Music Hall of Fame in 2012 and in 2025 he became Jazz Foundation of America and Mellon Foundation Jazz Legacies Fellowship awardee 2025.
