JazzBoston at BeanTown: The Artists Meet Their Fans

JazzBoston would like to thank its volunteer crew, Berklee College of Music and the 14 Boston-based musicians who helped make the JazzBoston tent on Columbus Ave. at the BeanTown Jazz Festival a resounding success on Sept. 29. Throughout the afternoon, hundreds of festival-goers stopped by the tent to meet the musicians and contribute their own words and stories to the interactive exhibit,"What Does Jazz Mean to You?," which was presented in collaboration with The Art Connection.

Participating in the"Meet Boston's Musicians" event were Yoko Miwa and Vanessa Morris (shown in photo top), and John Kordaleski, Laszlo Gardony, Eguie Castrillo (shown in photo bottom, left to right, back row), Yoron Israel, and Tiger Okoshi (left to right, front row). Also on hand throughout the afternoon were Arni Cheatham, Dominique Eade, Charlie Kohlhase, Carmen Staaf, Valerie Stephens, Robert Stringer and Patricia Zarate. Click here for more info and photos.
